Delivery Arrangements

Please give us a mobile or landline number in case our courier has problems finding your address. If no one is likely to be in please tell us where to leave your parcel (such as a porch, garage or with a next door neighbour (not another address though).  


Delivery Charges

Delivery is free to the UK mainland. 
For Northern Ireland, Isles and Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight these rates apply: 

Overseas Delivery

We can deliver to most European desitinations however there is no service to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA. For all large orders to overseas destinations (ie 10Kg+) please do contact us for an individual carriage quote.

Alterations & Cancellations

We can accept alterations to orders a minimum of 3 days prior to day of despatch. There is a charge of £3.00/delivery address to carry out your alteration instructions. However during our peak winter season (October to December) the minimum notice period extends to 3 weeks.

Returns and Non Delivery

Please contact us as soon as you have any concerns about your parcel. The quicker we know the better. The Fish Shop cannot be held responsible for problems due to incomplete or incorrect addresses given by the customer.


On the rare occasion of a product not being available we reserve the right to substitute items of a similar or greater value.
