Filleting Courses



Our two hour mid-week evening course offers you the chance to get really hands on with fish and seafood. Learn to identify different fish, learn what to look for when buying fish and shellfish. We'll also give you some easy recipes. Learn how to gut and fillet Mackerel, scale, gut and fillet Sea Bass, fillet a flat fish like a Plaice, clean Squid and open an Oyster. £15 of fish and seafood to take away with you.

There are no set dates. You book and we via email organise a course with 2 to 5 to other people at the same time. If this is a present please let do us know and we can email you a voucher for the card.
